This policy covers the Urban Atlas website at urbanatlas.ai. It does not cover data your organization adds to the Urban Atlas product, which is described on our Trust page.
If you contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, email, municipality, role or capacity, and message, along with the time you sent it. We use it to respond to you and follow up about your inquiry.
Submissions are stored in Google Firebase. We keep them for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and you can ask us to delete yours.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used. It uses cookies to tell visits apart and records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location, such as your city, which Google works out from your IP address.
We use these reports only in aggregate, to understand our traffic. We have turned off Google Signals and ad personalization for this site. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
In most places, including the United States, analytics runs by default and you can turn it off. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off unless you accept them. Declining in any region removes the Google Analytics cookies and stops tracking on this site.
We treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as declining. Your choice is saved in your browser, so clearing your browser data resets it.
This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in order to serve pages. Google also provides the Analytics and contact form storage described above. Data may be processed in the United States.
We don't sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or run ads on this site.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. Contact us and we will handle your request.
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top of this page.
